That is why I just put 10,000 dollars into the rust removal on my 06 gmc... including a new box from Texas...

It's worth it for sure. Drive a new one off the lot you lose $10k.

I put new front fenders... both sides gm replacement $650 a piece....
New bumpers.... front and back.
Had new rocker panels put on.... cab corners were still like new.
Different box on the back from Texas..... looked like new.
And touched up the bottom of the doors.
Like I said... I used all gm replacement parts.... no aftermarket stuff.
I'm very happy with the job.

The aftermarket stuff takes a lot of massaging and tweaking and never seem to fit quite right.
